Welcome to www.IRLIFE.com (“IRLIFE.com” or “Site”), the web site that has platforms for online chat (“Online Chat”) and a message board with numerous forums (“Message Board”) collectively (“Online Chat Services”), together with professional therapy services conducted by licensed therapists (“Professional Therapy Services”).

For purposes herein, “You” shall refer to anyone who accesses the Site.

Although IRLIFE employs software to prevent search engine bots from indexing private forums or user information, search engines may index some public forums or public areas of the site. Your username may be collected by a search engine bot in this manner. IRLIFE attempts to eliminate the collection of personal data, but does not warrant its ability to do so. You are encouraged to choose a username which does not identify You.

Because of the nature of communication through the Internet, You confirm that IRLIFE does not accept memberships to its platforms from anyone who is under eighteen years of age (“Minors.”) If IRLIFE determines that You provided false information respecting the minimum age for Minors on the Site, your membership will be revoked. Notwithstanding the foregoing, IRLIFE is under no obligation to monitor the communications from Minors, nor report any alleged or suspected abuse.
